Argyle Appraisals Ltd. was founded by Philippe Kristof CRA, P.App, a certified senior appraiser with The Appraisal Institute of Canada. Philippe has decades of experience appraising real estate in various regions of British Columbia, including a variety of different type of properties such as acreages, vacant land, new construction and multi million dollar waterfront estates.

What we offer
Argyle Appraisals offers a wide range of report types to meet the needs of its clients including full appraisal reports, desktop appraisals, drive by appraisals and market rental analysis reports. We provide appraisal reports for a variety of purposes including mortgage financing, for family law purposes, wills & estates purposes, renovations and line of credit, new construction, foreclosure, home equity take out and for taxation purposes.

Residential Appraisals
All appraisal reports are either written or co-signed by Philippe Kristof, CRA, P.App, a member in good standing with The Appraisal Institute of Canada, the oldest and most established governing body for real estate appraisers in Canada. As a result, all reports are completed to the highest degree of ethical standards and integrity in the industry.
